Why it works this way
The reason resort billing goes wrong is almost never the room — it is everything else the guest consumed on the way to the room. StayFlint's answer is structural: there is exactly one folio per stay, every outlet writes to it as it serves, and routing decides who pays each line at the moment it is incurred rather than at check-out.
Room plus meals is treated as one composite supply, so the tax line is single and at the room slab, on the combined value — which is what the return expects and what a hand-built package price usually gets wrong.

Does StayFlint handle MAP and AP packages?
Yes — EP, CP, MAP and AP. Meals are priced per head per night on top of a per-room rate, so 'Deluxe CP for two' resolves correctly, and room plus meals is taxed as one composite supply at the room slab.
We have three F&B outlets. Do they all reach the room?
Yes. Every outlet posts to the same guest folio the moment an order is served, at the correct F&B slab, with a kitchen KOT board behind it.
Can we block the whole resort for a wedding?
Yes. A block holds rooms against a master folio with a rooming list and a cut-off; held rooms behave like ordinary reservations everywhere else, so occupancy and the tape chart stay honest.
Can the kitchen know how many people to cook for?
Yes — meal plans produce a cover count per meal per day, derived from the stays actually in house rather than from a guess.
How is it priced?
Quoted per property on room count and on which modules you run, as a yearly price with no per-booking cut and no per-user licence.
