We move them for you. Send whatever you keep today — a spreadsheet, a diary photo, an export from your current software — and we load your rooms, rates, upcoming bookings and past guests before you go live. There is no charge for this.
How long before my staff can actually use it?
A front desk is usually working the same day. The staff app is built for someone who has never used hotel software: big tiles, Hindi, and undo on every action. We stay on WhatsApp through your first week.
My internet drops. Does the front desk stop?
The app still opens without internet, and housekeeping updates queue up and sync the moment the connection is back. Check-in, payments and check-out need the connection — the screen says so plainly instead of pretending it saved, so the same room can never be sold twice.
Is my P&L safe? Who can see it?
You decide who sees it. Money screens open only for the roles you grant them to — a housekeeper never sees collections, and the P&L stays on the owner's login.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Direct bookings through your own StayFlint page carry zero commission — the guest pays you. The yearly price is the only thing you pay us.
What am I locked into?
It is a yearly price, and your data is exportable at any time — bookings, guests, folios and GST reports. If you leave, you leave with your records.
Will the AI cost blow up my bill?
No. AI usage sits inside the yearly plan price — there is no per-message meter running on your bill. And the work that must be exact — the night audit, GST, the police register — is done by plain rules, never by an AI guess.
