1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of StayFlint, hotel management software provided by ByteFlow Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090MP2025PTC074968), registered office at L1-114, Mahashakti Nagar, Dewas Road, Ujjain Vikram University, Ujjain – 456010, Madhya Pradesh, India ("ByteFlow", "we", "us"). "You" means the hotel, business or person that subscribes to StayFlint, and anyone who uses it on their behalf. By creating an account, paying for a subscription or using the software, you accept these terms.

2. The service

StayFlint is software delivered online, through a web browser and a mobile web app. It includes the modules described on the features page for the plan you subscribe to. Nothing physical is shipped. We improve and change features over time, but we will not remove a core function of your plan during a period you have paid for without telling you in advance.

3. Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
You are responsible for the staff logins you create, for what is done under them, and for keeping passwords private.
Tell us promptly at info@byteflowtech.in if you believe an account has been misused.

4. Subscription, fees and payment

StayFlint is sold as a subscription for one hotel. The plan, the billing period and the price are those in the quote or order you accept.
Fees are paid in advance for each billing period. Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the quoted price.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
Your account is activated within 1 working day of a successful payment.
A subscription is not charged again automatically unless you have set up a recurring payment mandate yourself. We remind you before a renewal falls due.
The price for a renewal may change. Any change is told to you before the renewal date, and the price of a period you have already paid for never changes.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your data

The data you and your staff enter — reservations, guest records, bills, accounts — belongs to you. We use it only to provide and support the service for you.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the guest information you record, and for your own tax and legal filings. StayFlint helps you prepare records and exports; the filings remain your responsibility.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
When your subscription ends you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use StayFlint for anything unlawful, or to record information you have no right to hold;
try to access another hotel's data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its security;
copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the software;
upload malicious code or content.

8. AI features

On the AI plan, some answers, drafts and suggestions are generated automatically, and they can be wrong. Review anything that affects money, a guest or a legal record before you rely on it.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep StayFlint available at all times, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is available on WhatsApp, phone and email, 10am–7pm IST.

10. Intellectual property

The StayFlint software, name, logo and website content belong to ByteFlow. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own hotel for the period you have paid for.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ByteFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost bookings. Our total liability for any claim relating to StayFlint is limited to the fees you paid us for StayFlint in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using StayFlint at any time, as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may suspend an account that remains unpaid after a reminder, or that breaks section 7. Where it is safe to do so, we warn you first and give you time to put it right.
Sections 6, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after a subscription ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Subscribers are told about material changes by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
